  1. Use of the Site
The Site is provided for informational purposes only. It describes the civil engineering and related professional services offered by South Florida Civil Engineering, a Florida-based firm. Nothing on the Site constitutes a formal offer to provide engineering services, a contract, or professional advice. Any reliance you place on information on the Site is strictly at your own risk.
  2. No Professional Services via the Site
The Site is not intended to create an engineer-client relationship. Submitting a form, calling the number displayed, or contacting us does not establish any professional relationship. Any potential engagement for civil engineering, consulting, design, inspection, or other professional services will require a separate written agreement, scope of work, and compliance with all applicable Florida laws and regulations (including those governing professional engineering licensure under Chapter 471, Florida Statutes).
  3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, service descriptions, and design (collectively, “Content”), is owned by South Florida Civil Engineering or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print Content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any Content without our prior written permission.
  4. Submissions and Contact Form
By using our contact or submission form, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You grant South Florida Civil Engineering a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, store, and process the information you submit solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry or providing information about our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We reserve the right to refuse or ignore any submission for any reason.
  5. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Information about our services is general in nature. Specific project advice, calculations, designs, or recommendations require a formal engagement and site-specific evaluation.
  6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, South Florida Civil Engineering, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Site shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00 USD).
This limitation applies regardless of whether the claim is based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory.
  7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless South Florida Civil Engineering and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of false or misleading information.
  8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
